29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: a) On or about May 25, 2022, the employer had not evaluated the Oliver curing chambers that cure tires at approximately 275 degrees Fahrenheit to determine if the pressure vessels are permit-required confined spaces. The employer requires employees to enter the Oliver curing chambers to load and unload tires.
