29 CFR  1915.73(d): When employees were exposed to unguarded edges of decks, platforms, flats, and similar flat surfaces, more than 5 feet above a solid surface, the edges were not guarded by adequate guardrails meeting the requirements of 1915.71(j)(1) and (2).  (a) MV Maverick - On or about June 24, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall, of approximately 14', while transiting the main deck of the tug boat to the deck of the floating barge.  The Tidewater Barge Lines was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1915.73(d), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1456916, citation number 1, item number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on 02/20/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 6305 NW Old Lower River Rd. Vancouver, WA. 98660.
