29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from high speed vehicular traffic:  a) For the landscaping site near the intersection of Honore Ave. and Bloomfield Blvd. in Sarasota, FL 34238, on or about 06/21/2022, the employer exposed employees to vehicular struck-by hazards, in that,  a ride-on leaf blower was operated in a 45 mph speed zone roadway, exposed to oncoming traffic.

29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water was not provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal service rooms.  a) For the landscaping site near the intersection of Honore Ave. and Bloomingdale Blvd. in Sarasota, FL 34238, on or about 06/21/2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to heat stress hazards, in that, the employer did not provide drinking water at jobsites.
