29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 6/28/2022 at a roof project located at 232 Richmond Avenue, Buffalo, New York; employees were replacing sheathing and shingles on the roof of a three story building. The roof had a 7 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 35 feet. An employee was accessing and working on the roof without fall protection.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
