(a) At a workplace located at 1044 School view Drive, Marshfield, MO; employees were exposed to fire and combustible dust hazards. The employer failed to provide surfaces that are free of hazards such as accumulation of wood dust. Dust was observed in the area of the table saw cabinet and included, but not limited to, a depth of two inches of wood dust, a combustible dust, on elevated structures and surfaces.  (b)  At a workplace located at 1044 School view Drive, Marshfield, MO; employees were exposed to fire and combustible dust hazards. The employer failed to provide surfaces that are free of hazards such as accumulation of wood dust. Dust was observed in the area of the miter saw against the wall and included, but not limited to, a depth of six inches of wood dust, a combustible dust, on elevated structures and surfaces.
