29 CFR 1926.451(f)(14): Makeshift devices, such as boxes and barrels were used on top of scaffold platforms to increase the working level height of employees. a) Future Site of ALDI, Inc. Store#: 144 (East Wall Scaffold System); On or about the July 06, 2022, the employer exposed employees to approximately a fourteen (14) foot fall hazard in that employees were allowed to perform stucco finishing activities from makeshift devices such as five gallon buckets with boards used to increase the working level height of employees without fall protection such as but not limited to guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, or safety net systems.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) Future Site of ALDI, Inc. Store#: 144 (East Wall Scaffold System); On or about the July 06, 2022, the employer exposed his employees up to approximately a fourteen (14) foot fall hazard in that employees were allowed to perform stucco finishing activities from the top level of a two buck scaffold system with missing guard rails sections at the south end of the scaffold system.
