29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) 454 Kinderkamack Road River Edge, NJ:   CSHOs observed employees engaged in siding activities on a pump jack scaffold 15 feet from the ground level. Employees were installing Tyvek wrap overhead other employees, exposing the employees to overhead impact hazards as head protection was not utilized, on or about 7/14/2022.
