29 CFR  1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Third Floor: On July 15, 2022, employees offloading a rough terrain forklift on the third floor were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 26' (twenty-six feet) from the lower level due to an unprotected side or edge which was not protected by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Corrected during inspection.
