29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  a) Southern Wall - Employees working from a supported scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately seven and a half (7.5) feet in that the scaffold was not fully planked, on or about February 15, 2023.  Certification Not Required.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) Roof - The employer allowed employees to work on a steep commercial roof of approximately twenty-seven (27) feet above ground without the protection of a guardrail, safety net or personal fall arrest system on or about February 15, 2023.  Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.
