29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):  Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:   a)  Outdoor Recreation, Customer Service Desk:  On or before July 21, 2022, a black extension cord used to energize computer equipment was routed under the carpet, exposing employees to fire hazards.  b)  Outdoor Recreation, Customer Service Desk:  On or before July 21, 2022, a yellow extension cord used to energize computer equipment was routed under a wire bridge, exposing employees to fire hazards.  c)  Outdoor Recreation, Front Wall-service area:  On or about July 21, 2022, an orange extension cord was used in series to energize electrical equipment, exposing employees to fire hazards.  d)  Outdoor Recreation, Kitchen Break Area, Under Sink:  On or before July 21, 2022, a kinked blue extension cord was used to energize a refrigerator, exposing employees to fire hazards.
