29 CFR 1910.151(b):  Adequate first aid supplies were not readily available.  a) Fahrenheit Grill: On or about July 21 2022, Burn Relief Spray manufactured by North was stored in the first aid kit for employee emergency use, but it expired on September 2013, exposing employees to biological hazards.  b) Fahrenheit Grill: On or about July 21 2022,  two bottles of Tylenol Extra Strength caplets was stored in the first aid kit for employee emergency use, but it expired on March  2019, exposing employees to biological hazards.  c) Fahrenheit Grill: On or about July 21 2022, Burn Jel manufactured by Water-Jel was stored in the first aid kit for employee emergency use, but it expired on June 2020, exposing employees to biological hazards.

29 CFR 1910.151(c):  When the eyes or body of any person were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Fahrenheit Grill:  On or about July 21, 2022, an emergency eye wash station was not maintained, the solution was expired, exposing employees to eye hazards.  b) Custodial Closet Locker: On or about July 21, 2022, an emergency eye wash station was not maintained, the solution expiration date was missing, exposing employees to eye hazards.

29 CFR 1960.67 As required by 29 CFR 1904.32, the Agency did not certify that he or she has examined the OSHA 300 log and that the annual summary was correct and complete:  29 CFR 1904.33(a) The employer did not save the OSHA 300 Log, the privacy case list (if one existed), the annual summary, and the OSHA 301 Incident Report Forms for five (5) years following the end of the calendar year that these records covered.   a) On or about July 21, 2022, the employer did not retain at the establishment OSHA 300 logs for fiscal years 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.  b) On or about July 21, 2022. the employer did not retain at the establishment OSHA 300A annual summary forms for fiscal years 2019.
