29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on July 22, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 1609 Northridge Road, Beatrice, Nebraska when employees were observed working on a residential structure with a roof pitch greater than 4:12. The employees where installing shingles while working at a height of approximately 10 feet measured from the ground to eave without fall protection.
