29 CFR  1904.41(a)(2): The employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee. The employer did not submit the information once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form.  a) Plas-Tec Corp. on or about March 02, 2022, at the address of 601 W. Indiana St. Edon, OH:  The employer failed to electronically submit their OSHA Form 300 Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses by establishments with 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees in designated industries. By failing to electronically submit this information, employees are potentially exposed to initiatives not identifiable based on data collected from submission. This further detracts from the health and safety initiatives launched by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and/or the employer.
