29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact cannot come closer to any unguarded energized overhead line: On or about 7/24/2022 at the jobsite located at 869 West 46 street, MIAMI BEACH, FL 33140, an employee was using a 16-foot,10-inch Notch Seniti 21 Foot Telescoping Aluminum Polesaw (Model #4177-39) within 10 feet of a 7,620-volt overhead powerline during tree trimming operations, thus exposing the employee to an electrocution hazard.
