In the Caf� Kitchen Prep Area: A relocatable power tap was used to power a full-sized Grand refrigerator. Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards.  b. In the Caf� Kitchen pantry: A  relocatable power tap was plugged in in-series "daisy chained"  with an extension cord.  Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  In the Caf� Kitchen pantry: The flexible cord used to power the warmer service cart had the outer insulation pulled from the plug and inlet. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
