29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): The employer did not include in the Hazard Communication training, the physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area.  a) 631 Washington Street Reading PA 19603 - The employer's HAZCOM training program provided to employees did not include training on the physical and health hazards of the specific chemicals that are used by employees in the pool treatment area, on or about August 10, 2022.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1904.29(a): A log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was not completed in detail as required by the regulation:  a) 631 Washington Street Reading PA 19603 - On or about August 10, 2022, the employer did not maintain a log of recordable Work-Related Illnesses and Injuries on the 300, 300-A, and 301 Forms or equivalent.   No Abatement Required.
