29 CFR 1960.67 As required by 29 CFR 1904.32, the Agency did not certify that he or she has examined the OSHA 300 log and that the annual summary was correct and complete:  29 CFR 1904.33(a) The employer did not save the OSHA 300 Log, the privacy case list (if one existed), the annual summary, and the OSHA 301 Incident Report Forms for five (5) years following the end of the calendar year that these records covered.   a) On or about July 18, 2022, the employer did not retain at the establishment OSHA 300 logs for fiscal years 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.  b) On or about July 18, 2022. the employer did not retain at the establishment OSHA 300A annual summary forms for fiscal years 2019.
