29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   Worksite located at 8528 N. Wallace Street Kansas City, MO - Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. Employees were observed using pneumatic nail guns that could cause traumatic eye injury and were not using appropriate eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  At the jobsite located at 8528 N. Wallace Street Kansas City, MO: Employees engaged in residential framing were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 and a half feet from the top plate of the first level of the residence to the ground below without fall protection.    The employer, LRS Construction LLC,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1313633, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/28/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 11201 Wilmar Drive Kearney, MO 64060.
