29 CFR  1926.502(i)(4): All covers were not color coded or marked with the word "HOLE" or "COVER" to provide warning of the hazard:  a) Worksite- A 3 by 4-foot section of 3/4 inch plywood covering a 2 by 3-foot floor hole was not identified or labeled as a floor hole cover. On or about 8/29/2022.  Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
