29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) (a) 2MG Water Storage Tank 18 Pleasant View Drive & Antelope Place, Castle Rock, CO: On or about August 8, 2022, L Tarin Trucking, LLC, did not ensure employees and other contractor employees, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, in that the grade at the jobsite being accessed to deliver material was too steep which exposed employees and contractor employees to crushing and struck-by hazards. This resulted in DN Tank, Inc. employees sustaining injuries after the semi-truck vehicle, hauling class 6 rock, lost traction and crashed into the DN Tank work trailer.
