On or about September 29, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, eleven (11) feet six (6) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  b.  On or about September 29, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential carpentry operations, seventeen (17) feet ten (10) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
