29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):  Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  (a)  On March 4, 2023, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was used and installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.  The employer allowed the use of relocatable power taps that were connected in series (daisy chained) for use in providing power to multiple 120-volt electrical devices used in in the computer rack located in Booth 508.  This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.  (b) On March 4, 2023, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was used and installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.  The employer allowed two relocatable power taps used in the computer rack's master power/circuit break, powered by 120-volts, to be circumvented by placing tape over the master power/circuit breaker switch, located in Booth 508.  This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
