29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  (a) On or about October 25 2022, at the jobsite located at 1375 S. Cross Street, Oconomowoc WI, employees were performing roofing work on a single story commercial building with pneumatic nail guns without safety glasses.

Cross Street, Oconomowoc WI, employees were performing roofing work on a two story residential building with a pitch of 8:12 with a fall height of approximately 17.5 without any fall protection in place, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.

Cross Street, Oconomowoc WI, employees were performing roofing work on a two story residential building with a pitch of 8:12 with a fall height of approximately 17.5 without any fall protection in place, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard. Employees did not have fall protection training.
