29 CFR  1910.219(d)(1):Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o):  On or about 10/12/2022  employees at the  5 School Street, Bristol, CT firewood processing staging area were  exposed to two unguarded pulleys in the following locations:  Location #1:  Conveyor pulley was approximately 6 inches from the ground and located on the outside of the Timber Wolf Log Splitter conveyor belt powered by a Honda GX340 gas engine.  Location #2:  Belt pulley was approximately 4 inches high and located under the conveyor belt of the Timber Wolf Log Splitter powered by a Honda GX340 gas engine.
