29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s)  Location: 1490 Central Street, Stoughton MA 02072, operations floor   On or about 13 October 2022 an employee was injured while feeding noodle dough into automatic noodle rolling machine that was not guarded at the point of operation.  The Ho Toy Noodles, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378367, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 23 August, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1490 Central Street, Stoughton, MA. 02072.
