29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:  Location: 1490 Central Street, Stoughton MA 02072, operations floor   On or about May 17, 2023, an employee was injured while feeding dough into an automatic dough rolling machine that was not adequately guarded at the point of operation.  The Ho Toy Noodle, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212 (a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628169, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1490 Central Street Stoughton, MA.  The Ho Toy Noodle, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212.(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 178367, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at  1490 Central Street Stoughton, MA .
