29 CFR  1926.34(b): Exits and access to exits were not marked by a readily visible sign:  a) Amazon.com Services LLC - PHL7 at 560 Merrimac Avenue in Middletown, DE 19709: Employees observed in the AFE/Re-bin area where they worked to sort and distribute packages and the direction of travel to the exit or discharge was not readily apparent due to the spacing of signs and signs being obscured from view by other installations on or about October 27, 2022.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(10):The employer did not ensure that, in all cases, the required information was provided for each hazardous chemical, and was readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  a) Amazon.com Services LLC - PHL7 located at 560 Merrimac Avenue in Middletown, DE 19709: On or about October 20, 2022 employees were exposed to a hazardous chemical that made them become ill. The medical staff on site was not able to determine what the employees were exposed to because there was no SDS for the chemical being used to glue the new flooring down. The exposure continued for approximately 2 hours until an employee had obvious medical issues associated with the chemicals being used.
