East mezzanine: An employee loaded and unloaded metal on the unprotected edge of the mezzanine without fall protection. An employee was exposed to fall hazards up to 11 feet.  b. North mezzanine: An employee loaded and unloaded metal on the unprotected edge of the mezzanine without fall protection. An employee was exposed to fall hazards up to 9 feet.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:   Near the sink: The outer insulation to the cord used to power tools used in the warehouse was pulled from the plug exposing employees to electrical hazards.
