29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   a)	MAINTENANCE AREA: Employees worked with chemicals such as, hydraulic oil, antifreeze, bead sealer, disc brake sealer, brake fluid, paints, and there was no Hazard Communication program in place, exposing them to injuries from chemical use. b)	CHEMICAL STORAGE: Employees handle chemicals including paints, paver gloss, powdered round-up, tile primer and sealers, and there was no Hazard Communication program in place exposing them to injuries from improper storage and handling. c)	DRY GOODS: Employees handle chemicals including bags of Portland cement, lime, and masonry mortar, and there was no Hazard Communication program in place exposing them to inhalation hazards and chemical burns from improper storage and handling.
