29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: A) On or about 11/29/2022, at 6668 Stirling Road, Davie, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard estimated to be 10 feet from ground level when working on the shell of a commercial building in construction without a fall protection system. B) On or about 01/23/2023, at 6668 Stirling Road, Davie, Florida, employees were exposed to an over 10 feet fall hazard while pouring concrete into the structure without using a means of fall protection.
