29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws.  On or about December 01, 2022 employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazards due to improper strain relief on wiring going into the panel box on the Company Man's Living Quarters, trailer # 580.
