29 CFR  1910.305(b)(2)(i):All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose; and each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:  On or about December 01, 2022 employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to outdoor outlets not having proper faceplates installed on Night Company Man Living Quarters, trailer # 890 in the following instances.  1. One rear outdoor four plug outlet.  2. One rear outdoor double plug outlet.
