29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(iii): When midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent structural members are used, they were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the scaffold platform.   On or about December 15, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees conducted exterior wall texture operations on the Northwest side from a scaffolding platform at  a height greater than ten feet above a lower level and midrails were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the scaffold platform.
