29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 180 W. I-65 Services Road N. Mobile, Al. On or about December28, 2022, and at times prior; The employer failed to ensure employees doing roofing operation, removing old shingles on a two-story hotel was protected from falls of 16 feet 10 inches to ground below due to no fall protection being used.

I-65 Services Road N. Mobile, Al.  On or about December 28, 2022, and at times prior; The employer failed to ensure employees removing old shingles from the roof of a two-story hotel was trained how to utilize their personal fall arrest system and the hazards associated with falls over six feet.
