29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   (a) Singles packaging line, bottom taper; Nip points on semi-automatic bottom carton taper units were not guarded on the infeed side where drivebelt assemblies engage the sides of boxes to convey them forward.  (b) Singles packaging line, top taper; Nip points on semi-automatic top carton taper units were not guarded on the infeed side where drivebelt assemblies engage the sides of boxes to convey them forward.  (c) Singles packaging line, top taper; Nip points on semi-automatic top carton taper units were not guarded on the infeed side where the top frame lowered to hold box top flaps shut as each box is pulled into the machine to tape the top box flaps shut.
