29 CFR  1926.651(c)(2): A stairway, ladder, ramp or other safe means of egress was not located in trench excavations that were 4 feet (1.22m) or more in depth so as to require no more than 25 feet (7.62m) of lateral travel for employees:  a. Between 588 - 600 West Louther Street, Carlisle, PA. - On or about January 4, 2023, employees were observed working in a straight cut trench that was approximately 35 feet long and between 4' and 4'10" without a means of access or egress provided. Employees were exposed to caught in and struck by hazards.   Joao & Bradley Construction Company, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.651(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1298006, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 348 Bloomfield Ln., Warminster, PA 18974.   Corrected During Inspection - No Abatement Required
