OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, including severe burns, to employees in that employees were exposed to fire, flash fire, deflagration, or explosion hazards from enclosureless dust collectors located inside the building:  a) B4-423 Torit 30FB55- An enclosureless dust collector located inside the building and used to collect combustible dust from dovetail jointer machines was enclosed with a sound drape and was not emptied daily.   b) B-4-489 Dayton 3AA29B- An enclosureless dust collector located inside the building used to collect combustible dust from a CNC router machine was located within 20 feet of an occupied area and not emptied daily.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
