29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv):Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used:  29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Where run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors;  a) JackPocket Inc., at the jobsite located at 5487 Hall Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43228: On or about January 12, 2023, in the control room, two 12-outlet power strips located used to energize backup battery towers and various devices were run through a hole in the wall, thereby exposing employees to electrical and/or fire hazards.
