29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) On or about July 20, 2022, on the East side of the jobsite, an employee worked in a JLG 600AJ Aerial Lift at elevated heights greater than six (6) feet without fall protection, while caulking the top of the building.
