29 CFR  1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall be plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement.   A) 168 Crotona Avenue, Harrison - NY:  Employees were exposed to fall /scaffold collapse hazards of approximately 18 feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was not braced at the bottom. The employees were not wearing any type of fall protection either, on or about December 20th, 2022

The employee was not protected by eye/face protection, on or about December 20th, 2022.  WMZ Contracting Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1492075, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 15th, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 703 Misty Hill Estates in Patterson,  NY.
