29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:  a) On or about 1/17/23 at the new Dollar General construction site located at 715 Main Street, Whiteville, New York;  an extension cord was modified and wired directly into a circuit panel to power a fan. The extension cord set is not listed for direct connection in a circuit panel.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:  a) On or about 1/17/23 at the new Dollar General construction site located at 715 Main Street, Whiteville, New York; throughout the work area(s) receptacles, switches and fixture boxes that were energized did not have covers or faceplates.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
