29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a. At 66 Clearview Drive, Saint Augustine, FL:  On or about February 01, 2023, the employer was exposing 3 employees to a 10 foot fall hazard, in that the employees were not wearing fall protection when installing roof trusses.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  a.
