At a temporary worksite,  located at 152 Domain Dr. Jacksonville, FL:  On or about December 20, 2023, employees were exposed to the hazard of being stuck- by falling objects, while working below framing activities without being protected by protective helmets from overhead hazards.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids, caustic liquids, or chemical gases or vapors and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to a struck by hazard while cutting concrete with a saw, without the use and wear of protective eyewear:  a. a. At a temporary worksite, located at 152 Domain Dr. Jacksonville, FL:  On or about December 20, 2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective eyewear was not utilized by employees while using an electrical saw and nail guns for framing work.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a. At a temporary worksite, located at 152 Domain Dr. Jacksonville, FL:  On or about December 20, 2023, the employer was exposing 2 employees to a 19-20 foot fall hazard, in that the employees were not wearing fall protection when installing roof trusses.  The Los Primos Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1647587 citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 4/25/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 66 Clearview Drive, Saint Augustine, FL.
