29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2):  Poles of a pumpjack scaffold were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.  a) Jobsite located at 7123 Keystone St, Philadelphia, PA 19135: On or about February 7, 2023, the employer did not ensure poles of pumpjack scaffold approximately 40 feet in height against a 5-story residential building were secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
