Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a) Jobsite: 7145 Keystone St., Philadelphia, PA 19135- On or about February 23, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees performing construction activities from the roof of a 5 story residential apartment building, approximately 57 feet above the ground level, were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system.
