The employer's Employee Handbook required employees to wear safety glasses. Employees were exposed to flying particulate, dust, alcohol, and adhesives while working in the production area of the facility. The employer made safety glasses and hand protection (nitrile gloves) available to employees; however, the employer did not enforce their use to protect employees from eye injury, eye irritation, or skin irritation.
