29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) Residential structure located at 10668 Davenport Loop Pensacola, FL:  On February 24, 2023, and at times prior, employees were conducting framing activities without fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet 3 inches to the ground below.  b) Residential structure located at 10662 Davenport Loop Pensacola, FL: On February 24, 2023, and at times prior, employees were conducting framing activities without fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet 7 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a fall protection training for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) At 10668 Davenport Loop Pensacola, FL: On February 24, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not first ensure employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls in construction.  b) At 10662 Davenport Loop Pensacola, FL: On February 24, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not first ensure employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls in construction.
