29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) At Cresswinds, Twin Lakes Subdivision, Lot 447, Huron Lane, Hoschton, Georgia, on or about February 27, 2023 where workers were observed exposed to struck-by hazards while performing framing operations in that the employer did not enforce the use of eye protection where tools and equipment such as but not limited to saws and pneumatic nail guns were in use.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At Cresswinds, Twin Lakes Subdivision, Lot 447, Huron Lane, Hoschton, Georgia, on or about February 27, 2023 where workers were observed exposed to approximately 11-ft. fall hazards while performing framing operations in that the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) At Cresswinds, Twin Lakes Subdivision, Lot 447, Huron Lane, Hoschton, Georgia, on or about February 27, 2023 where workers were observed exposed to 110V electrical hazards while performing framing operations in that the employer did not inspect the extension cord or Makita circular saw, S/N 322812 for damages prior to allowing use on the jobsite.
