29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)   a)At the new residential construction at Cresswinds, Twin Lakes Subdivision Lot # 339  Huron Lane Hoschton, Georgia, on or about March 23, 2023: On or about 03/23/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities using the trusses as walking/working surfaces.  b)At the new residential construction at Cresswinds, Twin Lakes Subdivision Lot # 340  Huron Lane Hoschton, Georgia, on or about March 23, 2023: On or about 03/23/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet 10 inches to the lower ground level, in that an anchor, a component of the fall protection system, was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities using the decking as walking/working surfaces.

29 CFR  1926.1051(a):  Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a) At the new residential construction at Cresswinds, Twin Lakes Subdivision Lot # 339 Huron Lane Hoschton, Georgia, on or about March 23, 2023: On or about 03/23/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 9-feet to the lower concrete surface, in that a safe means of access to the upper level was not provided as employees used 2x4 cleats nailed to the structure to climb to the upper level.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1): The employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.   a) At the new residential construction at Cresswinds, Twin Lakes Subdivision Lot # 339 Huron Lane Hoschton, Georgia, on or about March 23, 2023, where workers were observed exposed to electrical shock hazards while performing framing operations in that the employer did not inspect the extension cord or Makita circular saw for damaged cords prior to allowing use on the jobsite.
