29 CFR  1910.107(b)(9):  A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides of the spray booth was not kept free from storage or combustible construction:  a) On or about March 6, 2023, a minimum clear space of three (3) feet was not maintained on all  sides of the powder coating line spray booth.  Materials such as a 5 step rolling ladder, a rolling table, cardboard boxes, and a flammable moving storage container  were stored directly against the outer powder coating spray booth walls or within three feet of the walls.  Tramont Manufacturing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1910.107(b)(9) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1509809, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 326 East Keefe Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53212.

29 CFR  1910.134(h)(2)(i):  All respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals:  (a) On or about March 6, 2023 supplied air respirators used in the powder coating painting booth were not stored in a way to protect them from damage or contamination.  Supplied air respirators were being stored in a non-airtight locker that was contaminated with hazards such as but not limited to dust particles from painting chemicals.  Tramont Manufacturing LLC,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1509809, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July, 29, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 326 East Keefe Avenue., Milwaukee, WI 53212.

(a) On or about March 6, 2023, employees were allowed to consume beverages while working at the powder coating painting booth.  This practice exposed employees to possible ingestion of toxic material such as but not limited to,  solvents and spray paint residues.  Tramont Manufacturing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.141(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1509809, citation number 3, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 326 East Keefe Avenue., Milwaukee, WI 53212
